Traction battery
Traction batteries supply energy for propulsion of electric vehicles - generally inside factories, yards warehouses, etc. - normally on fork - lifts.
These kind of batteries combine considerable tenure of working and good resistance to mechanical strains.
They consist of several equal cells (described into previous tables), series connected, and settled down into acid resistant steel box.
Capacity of final battery is the same of every single cell which composes the battery. "S.I.A.P" cells are made by high quality raw materials that assure excellent output during battery life:

Instructions for utilization and charge
Electrical vehicles don't have to be used till complete discharge of battery; best use expects a maximum discharge of 90°/ of 5h nominal capacity of battery so, work must be stopped when acid gravity goes down to 1,12 -1,13 kg/I in relation to 300C temperature. When acid gravity has the value a.m. or less , put the battery under charge, controlling acid temperature during charge that shouldn't exceed 45°C. RS. Fillings with distilled water have to be done only at the end of charge. Battery is completely charged when acid gravity is 1,27 -1,28 kg/ and its gassing is intense.
Instructions for cleaning
Battery must be kept clean, it is important avoid oxide formation on terminals, on steel - box edges, etc. that could involve loss of current and corrosions. Grease terminals periodically.
Stopped batteries
When batteries have to be stopped for long time, they should be kept in fresh and dry places without dust: don't leave discharged batteries over 2 days, but charge them completely before long periods of stopping .
